Quantum Connections 2026: Lecture Materials and Summary

Quantum Connections 2026 (the sixteenth Quantum Connections in Sweden summer school) brought together graduate students and postdocs, both theoretical and experimental, to work across the quantum frontier alongside leading researchers. The school took place from 7 to 20 June 2026 at Högberga Gård in Lidingö, Sweden. The lecture slides and materials are now available below.
About the school
Quantum Connections is a series of summer schools for graduate students and postdocs in quantum physics. The 2026 program ran short courses taught by leading experts, combining lectures with interactive sessions and a poster session for participants. The curriculum spanned modern physics broadly, from quantum matter and quantum information to particle physics and the fundamental structure of matter. Both theorists and experimentalists took part, whether their work was in quantum materials, quantum computing, or particle physics.

Organizers
Quantum Connections is organized jointly by the Department of Physics and Nordita, hosted by Stockholm University, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and Uppsala University, together with the TD Lee Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the Wilczek Quantum Center at the University of Science and Technology of China.
The organizing committee was chaired by Frank Wilczek (Stockholm University), with Antti Niemi as scientific coordinator and Elizabeth Yang as event coordinator, alongside Egor Babaev, Jens Bardarson, Emil Bergholtz, Hans Hansson, and Biao Wu.
